Last night, I posted on Facebook about my success with a new Buffalo Chicken recipe and realized just how popular this flavor combination is. I don’t know if this is a “new” thing or if I just didn’t know about it before (yes, marriage can change your tastebuds and Aaron eats a lot of buffalo chicken), but it is everywhere. Interest in last night’s recipe inspired me to start doing weekly Recipe Roundups highlighting delicious, healthy recipes from some of my favorite food and nutrition bloggers. So enjoy all this buffalo chicken awesomeness and thank me later!

Oh, man Katie! Can’t wait to try the meatloaf, the cauliflower (I’ve been wanting to do that one for a long time – and I’ll be going meatless again for Lent) and the slow cooker sandwiches! Is it bad that I’m craving buffalo chicken for breakfast now??? Thanks for sharing! I’m excited about this new Recipe Roundup : )
The meatloaf was AMAZING!! It’s not weird, some of the most nutritious breakfasts are those made from leftovers
If you have a topic you would like to see on the next roundup, let me know!
Katie, I love your blog!! It makes me want to 1) hire you to design mine and 2) take another vacay to Colorado. Hope you’re doing well!
Thanks, Mary! I can’t take credit for the blog design though, I used http://hmahercreative.carbonmade.com. Now that it’s set up I can edit things, including fun fonts, but that’s about where my talent ends!! If you do come to CO…let me know…and did I hear you’re moving to France??
